This topic is dedicated to updating you on issues that are affecting players.
Some of the issues have been reported via our ticketing system, Forum, Discord, and social media.
The “Known Issues” section is a list of all the issues which have been reported by players and that the Tech team is currently working on.
Please refer to this section to get the latest updates on the situation.
The “Fixed Issues ” section is a list of all the issues which have been resolved.

Common & Known Issues:

 

  • Crosspromos
    • Some players can’t get the expected reward.
    • In such cases, we invite you to open a ticket to the Support team in order to unlock the reward

 

  • HH/GH Nutaku Not Working With Safari
    • If you want to play Harem Heroes / Gay Harem / Porn Star Harem on Nutaku using Safari browser, you have to go to your Settings > Safari:
      1. Disable ‘Prevent Cross-Site Tracking
      2. Disable ‘Block All Cookies’

Functionality Issues:

Visual bugs:

  • [HH] Girls disappear from Season reward bar after claimed
  • Free space above the text in the modal windows (information, age verification etc.)
  • [All Games] Rarity type colour indicator in Harem tab disappeared

  • [NU/HH/GH/CxH] Orgy Days missions are visible and can’t be completed
  • [All Games] [PoA] Objectives Progress Not Updating

  • Player profiles indicate the same adventure progress as you

  • Button to switch games is obscured on mobile (browser and app)

  • Tooltip missing on Boss from Boss Bang when hovering over it

Fixed Issues & Bugs:

  • [PsH.com] LD girl marked as “null”
    • When entering Parallel Adventure and returning to Homepage, if the player goes to event CL, LD, etc. it is indicated “null”.
      • Switching to the main adventure fixes the display and makes the event accessible from the event page.

  • [HH/GH/CxH/PSH] Player ego does not update when clicking between opponents in leagues and seasons

  • [CxH/PSH] Cumback Contests & Sultry Mysteries not labelled in event widget

  • “Double Date” displayed as “Double Pachinko Girls Event”

Functionality Issues:

  • The exclamation mark stays on the hero screen after checking all items

  • [HH/GH/CxH/PsH] Double daily missions

    • For some players, the daily missions are generated twice or more during the reset

 

Visual bugs:

  • When switching between animated poses, they overlap

  • PSH W10 Bundle name not visible

    • Is displayed as a “Special offer”

  • [CxH]W2 PsH crosspromo offers “koban” reward

  • Energy Refill
    • Default combativity refill has the wrong automatic value for players without an MC
  • No girl reward pop-up after winning a girl in the league
  • [GH] May, 2022 is displayed when the game is set to German and season pass is purchased
  • [PSH] Angel’s specialization is shown as know-how, but highest stat is hardcore

  • [HH/GH/CxH/PSH] Player ego does not update when clicking between opponents in leagues and seasons

  • PSH W10 Bundle name not visible

    • Is displayed as a “Special offer”
  • [HH/GH/CxH/PSH] Player ego does not update when clicking between opponents in leagues and seasons

Fixed Issues & Bugs:

  • Timer for Kisses, League Combativity, and Worship does not disappear after refill

  • [HH] Club information is only displayed on the 1st page

    • When players without a club click on a club past the first page, the club info is not displayed
  • Equipment stats
    • Equipped equipment stats are not displayed when hovering over them.
  • [PsH] – New World 10 bundle missing
  • [PsH&CxH] CumbackConstest name missing in the event widget
    • Only the time for the event is displayed
  • [PsH – Parallel Adventures]Alexa Flexy Angel Has a Source in the Harem

  • HH/GH Parallel Adventures
    • The pop-up is displayed for PA after completing the tutorial although there are none

  • Energy Refill

    • Time until full energy regeneration is wrong in the widget (the max  amount of energy that can be stored is used to display the timer instead)

  • Nutaku All Games – blessings
    • Timer display multiplies each time the blessings page is closed and re-opened.

    • Equipped equipment stats are not displayed when hovering over them.

  • [HH] Player can’t purchase a Season pass/custom bundles

    • Option to purchase Season pass is not visible
  • [HH] Club information is only displayed on the 1st page

 

Visual bugs:

  • [CxH]W2 PsH crosspromo offers “koban” reward

    • Offer should reward with gold.

Fixed Issues & Bugs:

  • All Games – League Energy manual recharge
    • Time until regen not visible

  • [All games] Blessings

    • Blessed girls/guys are not highlighted in green when editing teams.

  • League manual recharge
    • League recharge appears as “Refill 0 Kobans” after completing a battle to reach 14 league energy and recharging 1 energy to reach 15. Issue is resolved after refreshing the page.

  • Reward chest icon not aligned on Firefox (PoV, PoG, Seasons)

    • This happens when the Book reward is over 1

  • [GH] Bundles on Safari

    • Player can’t purchase custom bundles using Safari, possible on other browsers

  • [PsH.com] LD girl marked as “null”

  • GH – Background visual of rewards in tooltip when fighting troll W11/12/13

    • Reward background is not a circle in the tooltip when you hover over the rewards slot

  • CxH – League info missing
    • If player has not joined leagues and enters leagues, no information is displayed

  • [All Games] profile view recruits
    • Recruits are not visible in the profile

  • Remove full refill suggestion as an option from the energy refill popup when it would display negative numbers

  • [HH/GH/PsH] Mobile – league

    • Overlap of league end timer and refill button in league mobile view

    • All Gems cannot be purchased and “Possible reward not found” error message
  • Custom Bundles Nutaku
    • Custom Bundles not available in Nutaku

  • [Parallel Adventures – PsH] Last quest of parallel adventure stays unfinished

    • The last quest remains unfinished after switching between adventures
  • Manual Energy Refill

    • Default combativity refill has wrong value

  • Manual Energy Refill
    • Time until full energy regenerates displays the wrong value (displays the time until the max amount that can be stored)

  • HH/GH Parallel Adventures
    • The pop-up is displayed for PA after completing the tutorial although there are none

  • Custom bundle GH/CxH/PsH
    • Resources not available in the game can be purchased.

  • All games – Poses are not saved when fighting in Seasons

  • [GH MD] Reward character avatar missing in the champion’s reward bar

  • [All Games] The selling price is missing for equipped boosters with less than 1 day

    • When there is less than 1d duration remaining on an equipped booster, the selling price is not displayed.

  • PSH – Wrong Avatar Upon Registration

    • Player gets wrong avatar after registration
